Steve has been involved with music from an early age.

Influences of Calypso and Afro-Cuban Music which permeated the air in Trinidad, West Indies, as well as life in
USA,Canada and finally London, have left their mark in the distinctive vibrant music he writes today. Although
primarily known as a guitarist, his writing ranges widely from jazz-rock, blues, afro-dance and ambient
world fusions, to electric acid-jazz, and modern orchestral for multi media and films.

Between studio work and writing, Steve is always keen to keep up with the pleasures of "live performance"
and to that end has been involved with some of the major world fusion groups in London.
